I took my first cake decorating class several years ago and have been hooked ever since. I then went to school and mainly studied commercial and graphic design. I had my oldest daughter and with her first birthday, my love and the creativity of cake decorating was realized again. I have been cake decorating since 1994 with an interest primarily in making cakes for my children and famly and friends. Only recently was I encouraged into making it a profession. It has taken off from there. Subsequently cake decorating has become my passion! I love the creative process and the challenges of making an idea come to life! I revel in creating unique cakes created in many shapes and sizes, that is as unlimited as the imagination. Besides the design I also add a variety
of flavors and combinations of cake and icings and then give you the ultimate finishing touch by
personalizing the cakes exterior with realistic edible flowers,
images, bows, pearls and lace, hand rolled fondant, gum paste and even ediblegold. Professionalism and attention to every detail ensures you will
